There's so much to be grateful for: life, family, friends, work, play, music, art, dance, nature, your faith (whatever that may be), your health. The list goes on and on! Life is never perfect. Inevitably we suffer disappointments, health challenges, losses. As my mother was fond of saying, "God never promised us a rose garden!" Yet there's ALWAYS a rose garden. Our lives are filled with small beauties and blessings. We just have to take time to look for them. Usually, we don't have to look far. They're right under our noses. One of the things I'm most grateful for is the support and kindness of family and friends. Not a day goes by that I'm not thankful for their priceless gifts of love and friendship.
